Multiple law enforcement agencies responded to a mass shooting from early Sunday morning, leading to two deaths and possibly dozens injured.
Dooly County Coroner Brett Walls confirmed to WALB and WMAZ that two people were dead, a 20-year-old man and a 23-year-old man.

The Georgia Bureau of Investigation confirmed to Channel 2 Action News that they were assisting with response to the incident on Pine Street, working with the Dooly County Sheriff's Office.

Sheriff Craig Peavy told WALB and WMAZ that the Vienna shooting happened during a homecoming celebration from Saturday night and into early Sunday.
Peavy told WMAZ the celebration had about 1,000 people attending and during the festivities, shots were fired at about 50 people.
Police there told WALB that the number of injured was high but could not provide a specific count, at the time.
The sheriff told WMAZ that as many as 25 people were taken to the hospital for treatment of their injuries.
On Sunday morning, the GBI said 35 people were injured.
