Philadelphia Police have made an arrest in the case of a Northeast Philadelphia man who was killed nearly 12 years ago.
Vito Maglio, 69, was reported missing back in December 2014.
His SUV was found abandoned and torched, and his body was found in the Schuylkill River a few months later.
Police said he was shot multiple times in the head.
Sources tell Action News that 30-year-old Melanie Morat was arrested on Tuesday.
Investigators have not yet released a motive.
