Police are investigating a shooting that left a teenager injured after an argument inside a home.
When police got to the scene, they found 18-year-old Daquaviyan Whatley, who was shot.
An officer performed life-saving measures until medics showed up and rushed the teen to the hospital.

Bullet casings were seen in the street as Channel 2's Darryn Moore got to the scene early Thursday morning along Eason Street for Channel 2 Action News This Morning starting at 4:30 a.m. Crime scene techs found at least 17 of them.
Whatley's mother said her son was shot in the head and is currently in a coma.
His grandmother told Channel 2's Eryn Rogers that her grandson wasn't breathing on his own, and doctors said they have done all they can, but she said her grandson is a fighter.
Police said Whatley got into an argument with another person inside a home, and that person shot Whatley.
Witnesses told Rogers they heard more than 50 gunshots.
Neighbors said it's usually a quiet neighborhood.
"It makes me feel sick to my stomach because something like that has happened to my family member before, and I don't want it to happen to nobody else," said one neighbor who didn't want to be identified since police haven't announced a suspect or arrest yet.
The neighbor said he hopes people will learn how to handle conflict in a better way.
"Talk things out; there's no need to pull out the guns first," he said.
Investigators are working to find out what led to the violence.
