According to the National Weather Service website, we can expect sunny skies through the rest of Aug. 8, with highs nearing 83 degrees and lows in the 60s for tonight.
After agreeable weather today, the rest of the week takes a turn.
Showers and thunderstorms are expected Sunday, Aug. 9, before noon, according to the National Weather Service website. "Some storms may be strong to severe," it predicted for Sunday. Localize flooding also was possible.
At least some chance of rain is in the forecast every day for the next week
