A mobile network company said it is experiencing an increase in reports of problems with its services as it introduces 5G.
Sure has apologised for the increase in faults reported in Jersey and Guernsey as it transformed its network and said some problems had been fixed but others remained.
The firm announced last year it was making a £48m investment to deliver a "state-of-the-art 5G network, enhancing telecoms across the islands".
A spokesperson said the issues being experienced did "not all have one single cause" and individual customer cases were being investigated.
The spokesperson said: "A number of technical issues have been identified and addressed, but we recognise that this has not yet translated into a consistent improvement in experience for every affected customer, so that work is continuing."
They advised people experiencing problems to contact the firm with details of the location, time and description of the problem.
