M2i Global Inc (OTC:MTWO) announced that it has entered into a non-binding strategic collaboration with Evrensel Impact Group (EIG) to explore opportunities for identifying, evaluating and potentially developing critical minerals projects across Africa.
The companies said the collaboration is intended to combine EIG's network of government relationships, strategic partnerships and commercial engagements across the continent with M2i Global's critical minerals strategy. The arrangement establishes a framework for identifying opportunities that align with M2i's strategic priorities and evaluating potential future projects.
According to the companies, EIG has expanded its presence in recent months by building relationships with governments, strategic partners and industry stakeholders in Mozambique, Nigeria, Botswana, Tanzania, Zimbabwe, Zambia, the Democratic Republic of Congo and the Central African Republic. The group also said it is developing opportunities in Sierra Leone, Ghana, Togo, Cameroon and other jurisdictions.
"We believe this proposed collaboration represents an opportunity to expand M2i Global's access to strategic critical minerals opportunities through EIG's growing network of government relationships across Africa," M2i Global CEO Alberto Rosende said.
"Our objective is to identify opportunities that align with our strategic priorities while supporting responsible resource development and long-term supply chain resilience."
EIG chairman Anthony Moore said the company's engagement across Africa has shown that governments are seeking experienced long-term partners with clear strategic objectives.
"By aligning our engagement efforts with M2i Global's priorities, we believe we can create a structured pipeline of opportunities that may deliver value for governments, local stakeholders, and both organizations," Moore said.
The companies said EIG's discussions with governments have highlighted demand for international partners capable of supporting long-term investment, responsible resource development and commercially viable critical minerals projects.
M2i emphasized that the collaboration is non-binding and that any future commercial transactions or project-specific agreements would be subject to further evaluation, negotiation, definitive documentation and customary approvals.
