OKALOOSA COUNTY, Fla. (WKRG) — Okaloosa County Sheriff's Office deputies have arrested two people after a traffic stop led to drugs being found.
Mobile woman arrested in George County on arson, property damage and animal cruelty charges
According to an OCSO news release, deputies stopped a vehicle in the area of East Robinson Avenue and South Wilson Street on Thursday, Aug. 20, after they determined that 32-year-old William Clay Kalinowski, who was a passenger in the vehicle, had active warrants out.
Officials said one of their K9s searched the exterior of the vehicle and alerted deputies to the presence of drugs.
Deputies then searched the vehicle, where they said they found 16 grams of suspected methamphetamine in four separate bags and several pieces of drug paraphernalia.
30-year-old Kayleigh Paige Kilpatrick, who deputies said was driving the vehicle, was arrested and charged with trafficking in methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
While searching Kalinowski, deputies said they found three grams of "a white powdery substance" and less than a gram of "a blue powdery substance." Both were field tested and came back positive for fentanyl, according to deputies.

Kalinowski was arrested on his outstanding warrants and additionally charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
