Police have made an arrest in connection with a drive-by shooting at a Newton apartment complex.
Court documents say Letia Lyerly has been charged with attempted first degree murder and assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill.
The charges stem from a shooting at the Daybreak Apartments along East 1st Street on Aug. 16. Police say it happened shortly after 6 a.m.
