Mexican street corn egg rolls, buttery garlic knot sliders, spicy crab cheese fries and more will be served from foggy windows all month long, as New Jersey's fleet of food trucks is once again on the road.

Popping up in municipal lots or taking over downtown strips, the rolling restaurants are armed with bites from miniature pies to deep-fried mozzarella slabs; each crafted to put a dent in our region's bottomless appetite.

(A lofty goal, but a Zoltar in Atlantic City told me "fortune favors the bold").

Should you find yourself craving something greasy, gooey, saucy or crispy over the next few weeks, then, you're in luck.
