Two DeKalb County schools were temporarily put on lockdown Wednesday while police searched for suspects in the area, a school official said.
The lockdown orders were lifted at Stephenson Elementary and Stephenson High School.
The situation did not involve the schools, students or staff, they said.
DeKalb Police said they had been searching for two suspects in the area, and they were taken into custody.
No officers or bystanders were injured, police said.
