A pedestrian was struck in a hit-and-run on the Dan Ryan Expressway Wednesday night, Illinois State Police said.
Police said the incident occurred at about 11:21 p.m. in the southbound lanes of the expressway near 87th Street.
Police said the victim was transported to the hospital and their condition was not known.
