A man involved in three shootings across the Houston area was found dead in Near Northside on Friday afternoon, investigators said.
According to authorities, the first shooting happened in Pasadena in the 200 block of West Jackson Avenue at about 6:20 a.m. Pasadena police said officers arrived on the scene and found a woman in her vehicle with multiple gunshot wounds.

According to the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office, the woman was shot by 50-year-old Pedro Gonzalez, who fled the scene.
MCSO said Gonzalez later shot another victim, a 52-year-old woman, in the 2300 block of Thelma Lane in the Splendora area at about 9:20 a.m. Officials said deputies and EMS responded to the scene immediately and took the victim to the hospital. According to investigators, Gonzalez fled that scene in a grey heavy-duty truck.
MCSO said that while its deputies were searching for Gonzalez, they were notified by the Houston Police Department that he shot a man at a Burger King parking lot on the East Freeway near Kress Street just after 10:30 a.m.
HPD said that a SWAT team found Gonzalez dead from an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound in a vehicle near the 5000 block of Cochran Street in Houston at about 11:30 a.m.
According to MCSO, all three victims were known acquaintances of Gonzalez and are believed to be connected to an ongoing dispute. Investigators reported that the woman shot in Pasadena was Gonzalez's wife, the woman shot in Splendora was his girlfriend, and the man shot in Houston was his friend. Officials said all three victims are expected to be OK.
