One person died in a Sept. 5 fire at a North Linden home first responders said was in hoarding conditions.
Columbus firefighters responded at 8:17 a.m. to the 1500 block of Aberdeen Avenue, Battalion Chief Bryan Barnhart said.
Hoarding conditions at the house made finding the victim difficult, Barnhart said. Once found, the victim, whom authorities had not identified as of 10:30 a.m., was pronounced dead at the scene.
No other injuries were reported.
