Ashlyn Mercier, a police officer in Westborough, has had a full weekend in Florida in anticipation of the Miss America finals on Sunday, Sept. 6.

Mercier is one of 52 competitors in the event, slated for 7 p.m. at the Palm Beach Convention Center. The event will be shown on the Miss American YouTube Channel.
