Nike 正式任命 LVMH 高層 Alexandre Arnault 加入董事會。這項策略性任命正值這家運動服飾巨擘面對艱難財務時期；公司股價在 2026 年已下跌逾 40%。
Nike 總裁兼行政總裁 Elliott Hill 表示，Arnault 在品牌建設、數碼轉型及產品創新方面擁有豐富經驗，將是公司邁向下一階段成長的重要資產。Arnault 自 2025 年 2 月起出任 Moët Hennessy 副行政總裁，過去亦曾領導 Rimowa 與 Tiffany & Co.；他加入的董事會成員還包括 Apple 前行政總裁 Tim Cook。
這位高層的加入，正值這家運動服飾製造商面臨指數成分調整。Nike 將於下周從 S&P 100 指數中除名，結束自 2008 年 12 月起、長達 18 年的藍籌股指數成分股地位。這項變動發生在 Nike 股價連續第 5 年錄得年度跌幅之際。
