Secretary of State Marco Rubio alleged that U.S.-linked oil infrastructure has been targeted in recent weeks by Ukraine amid its war with Russia during an interview with Fox News on Tuesday morning, though he conceded it was "probably not" deliberate.Rubio, who attributed the recent rise in oil prices to conflict in the Black Sea between Russia and Ukraine as well as in Yemen with the Houthis, said in the interview that one of the U.S.'s concerns amid Russia's war was being unintentionally caught in the crosshairs. "The one thing we are concerned about, however, is that over the last few months, on a number of occasions, American-linked ships, American oil supplies have been targeted, probably not deliberately, but targeted nonetheless by Ukraine.
