BECKLEY, WV (WVNS) - Team members with a local tavern announced a benefit fundraiser to support the families of four local young men involved in a fatal accident.

Local musicians are scheduled to perform at Foster's Main Street Tavern in downtown Beckley. All proceeds, including tips and food & drink sales will be donated to the families of Colten Garcia, James McDaniel, Kaden Ashby, and Kaiden Radford.
Organizers said nothing can take away the heartbreak these families are facing or bring these four young men back, but we can come together as a community and make sure their families feel just how much love and support surrounds them.
"We saw what happened and we just wanted to step in and do our part with the community to help all the families as much as we can," said Chelsea Pollard, a manager with Foster's.
The benefit has been scheduled to take place the afternoon of Sunday, September 13th, 2026, starting at 3:00 PM. Several local artists have been slated to take the stage and donations will be accepted throughout the day.
Organizers said if you cannot make it out for the benefit but would still like to donate to the cause, donations can be brought in any time during the lead-up to the benefit.
