CY Group, a professional services company formerly known as Currie Young, has opened an office in Herefordshire in the UK.
The company has established a base at the Rural Enterprise Centre to provide insolvency and restructuring, advisory, commercial funding and consultancy services to clients in the area.
CY Group director Justin Brown said: "This isn't growth for growth's sake. Every decision we make must improve what we can offer clients and strengthen the relationships we have built.
"Launching in Herefordshire is a major milestone for our business and gives us an immediate presence in the town and nearby areas, including clients in Worcestershire."
Louise Hookham has joined CY Group as a director. She will work alongside insolvency administrators Emilia Riches, Alina Radley and Lily Harkins.
Brown added: "Louise and the team have an excellent reputation, know their local market exceptionally well and share the same values that matter to us, which focuses on being approachable, commercial and focused on doing the right thing for business owners."
The team has worked together for several years and has experience advising businesses across Herefordshire and Worcestershire.

Headquartered in Stoke-on-Trent, CY Group also operates offices in Romsley, Lichfield and Manchester. The business completed its rebranding in July.
The rebranding reflects CY Group's plans to broaden its advisory offering across business growth, funding, strategic planning, restructuring and recovery.
The company has also appointed Jim Goudie as insolvency manager for the West Midlands region.
