A man was found dead early Wednesday after apparently being electrocuted near an electrical tower on the West Side, near downtown, San Antonio police said.
A passerby called police after spotting what initially appeared to be a body on fire around 5 a.m. in the 500 block of Ruiz Street, near North San Marcos Street.
Police said the man appeared to have been electrocuted. Investigators were working to determine exactly what led to his death.
