An investigation is underway after decomposed human remains were found inside a home in the Frankford section of Philadelphia on Wednesday.
Officers were called to a home in the 1500 block of Foulkrod Street around 12:16 p.m.
Police note that medics pronounced the individual dead at 12:39 p.m.
