Under the new structure, Adak will retain his responsibilities as chief product officer, continuing to oversee product, commercial operations, sales, technology, sourcing, supply chain, and production activities.

In addition to his role as the Co-CEO, Yüksel will continue in his role as chief financial officer, leading on strategy, integrated scaling, stakeholder engagement and long-term growth planning.

Adak and Yüksel, alongside the wider executive team, will oversee the company's expansion efforts. They are expected to improve customer support, advance circularity initiatives with partners, strengthen collaborations throughout the textile industry, enhance operational performance, and develop Recover's international presence.

Recover executive chairman Hans Ploos van Amstel said: "Recover has built a strong foundation, combining scaled production capabilities, trusted relationships with leading brands and retailers, and a differentiated position in the growing recycled cotton market.

"The co-CEO structure combines Enes' operational and product leadership with Fehmi's expertise in strategy, finance and business transformation. Together, they bring complementary capabilities that will help accelerate execution, strengthen our partnerships, and continue scaling the business globally."

Adak has nearly two decades of experience in leadership roles across the consumer and retail sectors, including positions at Li & Fung and Forever 21.

His background spans commercial operations, product management, supply chain, and manufacturing, giving him experience in markets across Asia, Europe, and the US.

Adak said: "As Recover enters its next phase, our focus is on turning the strong foundation we have built into greater scale and commercial impact. That means delivering consistently for our customers, strengthening our global supply chain and partnerships, and making it easier for brands and manufacturers to adopt recycled cotton at meaningful scale. We have a significant opportunity ahead of us, and execution will be key."

Yüksel brings more than 15 years of experience in strategy, transformation, and sustainability, including previous leadership roles at McKinsey & Company in its Transformation and Sustainability practices.

He has led large-scale transformation and value creation programmes for materials, industrial, and consumer goods companies, focusing on growth strategy, operational scaling, circular transformation, and sustainability.

"Recover is uniquely positioned to support its partners to scale circularity with confidence. Our priority is to strengthen partnerships across the industry, accelerate the adoption of recycled cotton at scale, expand our global platform, and continue building a business that creates long-term value for customers, shareholders and partners," Yüksel said.
