The arrangement will see Inspectorio's platform serve as a primary hub for managing Pentland Brands' complex sourcing and compliance requirements.
Inspectorio's AI-based tools, which are already said to be used by more than 40,000 retailers and suppliers worldwide, are designed to offer streamlined audit workflows, data validation and detailed traceability capabilities.
The company said the implementation is already underway and will affect the group's wide-ranging portfolio, which includes brands sold in more than 190 countries.
Centralising supply chain data should allow Pentland Brands to monitor supplier and material compliance more efficiently, in line with evolving global regulations on sustainability, labour and transparency.
According to Inspectorio's latest "2026 State of Supply Chain Report," more than half of supply chain leaders report significant strain regarding compliance execution, reflecting mounting pressures across the apparel, footwear and sportswear sectors.
The partnership with Inspectorio, Pentland Brands said, is intended to address these sector-wide challenges by delivering a unified system for responsible sourcing, compliance, and full product traceability.
Pentland Brands sustainability director Richard Mason said: "Operating responsibly has been part of Pentland Brands' mission for decades, and we want to keep setting a standard in today's competitive, global market.
"Inspectorio gives our teams and supplier partners the evidence to back our commitment to sustainability across every brand and tier of our supply chain, so responsibility is something we can demonstrate and improve, with flexibility to adapt in the future."
The deployment of Inspectorio's platform comes at a time when European and global regulators are intensifying requirements for sustainability and ethical business practices.
The move positions Pentland Brands to more readily demonstrate compliance as it seeks to expand into new markets and adapt to ongoing regulatory changes.
Inspectorio is expected to showcase its platform and insights on responsible sourcing and product transparency at the upcoming Cascale Annual Meeting 2026 in Athens this September.
Inspectorio CEO Chirag Patel said: "Pentland Brands manages a complex supply chain across its portfolio of iconic brands, and our platform is uniquely positioned to help as the group scales internationally. We're proud to be part of Pentland's journey and to support responsible operations across its organisation."
