A man crashed his car into a house, which then caused a grill to ignite and set a house on fire in Glendale near 59th and Northern Avenues, according to the Glendale Police Department.

Police said there were people home at the time of the incident, but no one was hurt. The man driving the car also did not suffer any injuries.

According to Glendale PD, speed and impairment do appear to be a factor in the crash.

The investigation remains ongoing.
