Aug. 10 (UPI) -- A California resident captured video when a large black bear visited his home and took a dip in his backyard pool.
David Rechtschaffen shared video of the hefty bruin swimming in his Sierra Madre pool amid temperatures in the mid-90s on Sunday.
Rechtschaffen said the bear eventually wandered off on its own after completing its swim.
