The Gwinnett County Police Department is asking for the public's help to find a missing 16-year-old girl.
Adah George's family reported her missing after she didn't return to home on Hewatt Road on Aug. 19. Police say George has health concerns that make finding her especially important.

George told her family she was going to Stone Mountain with a friend, but they haven't heard from her since then. Detectives say they pinged her phone that showed she was in Stonecrest area. Officers searched the area but were unable to locate her.
George is described as a Black teen who is 5 feet, 8 inches tall and weighs approximately 150 pounds. She has brown eyes, as well as piercings in both ears and her nose.
Police say they don't know whether George is traveling on foot or in a vehicle and her exact whereabouts remain unknown.
