BOARDMAN, Ohio (WKBN) -- Boardman Police Department's Narcotics Enforcement Unit executed a search warrant Monday that resulted in an arrest and the seizure of drugs and cash.
The Narcotics Enforcement Unit executed the search warrant at a house on the double-digit block of Ferncliff Avenue following what a release from police states was an ongoing drug investigation.
Officers seized the following items during the search:
330 grams of suspected methamphetamine
50 grams of suspected crack cocaine
36 grams of an unknown powder, suspected to be heroin, fentanyl, or cocaine
One Kahr Arms 9mm pistol and ammunition
Several items of drug paraphernalia and a money counter
Police took one suspect into custody, noting that person was found to be on parole. Additional charges related to Monday's search are anticipated following lab testing, police say.
