A woman and her child are missing, the Arizona Department of Public Safety says.

Luisa Walls, 38, was last seen on Sept. 3 at 5 a.m. near 7th Avenue and Camelback Road, leaving her home with her child.
Walls suffers from a medical condition that might cause her to appear confused, DPS said.
When she left her home, Walls was carrying a diaper bag and had her child with her, getting into a lifted pickup truck, DPS said. DPS said it is unknown what the license plate number is and did not describe the truck.
Walls is described as a Hispanic woman who is 5-feet-tall, weighs 100 pounds, and has brown eyes. DPS did not describe Walls' clothing.
DPS said the child is 4-years-old, however, the Phoenix Police Department Missing Persons Unit says the child is four months old.
Anyone with information about Walls and her child's whereabouts is asked to call DPS.
