A Yamhill County Grand Jury indicted a Dallas man Aug. 13 investigators believe may have been involved in the the Future Farmers of America program in Polk County on charges of online child sexual exploitation crimes.
Jeremy Lee Tish, 38, was charged with attempted use of a child in display of sexually explicit conduct and luring a minor. He pleaded not guilty to both charges, court records show.
Yamhill County Sheriff's Office deputies arrested Tish outside Willamina Aug. 10. He has also been arrested twice for not registering as a sex offender, most recently in June 2026, court records show.
Tish was potentially involved in FFA events in the Polk County area and may have had additional contact with minors online, the agency said.
The agency's special investigations unit determined Tish allegedly contacted a minor for sexual exploitation in February 2026 after an investigation in rural Willamina in spring 2026.
Tish allegedly attempted to persuade a minor via social media to engage in sexual acts for someone to watch or record using sexual imagery or descriptions. He told the minor he was 18, court records show.
He is being held in the Yamhill County Jail with a bail of $100,000, court records show.
Investigators are concerned there may be additional victims due to Tish's possible online access to minors and the nature of the allegations, the agency said.
