The New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission is expanding appointments for those who still are without a REAL ID.

Appointments can now be made at Wallington, Hazlet and Turnersville in addition to the other locations already accepting appointments.

"By adding appointments at three new locations this summer — on top of four added this spring — we are continuing to reduce wait times statewide and making it more convenient than ever for residents to get their REAL ID,'' said acting MVC Chief Administrator Rosalie Johnson.

In the spring, the commission added Medford, South Brunswick, Springfield and Trenton as locations offering REAL ID appointments.

Beginning in May 2025, travelers on domestic flights needed a REAL ID or passport to fly.
