A man accused of killing a woman in Oregon this week is locked up in Skagit County.

Police tracked the suspect down Wednesday at Cascade Pizza in Sedro-Woolley.

Video shows the suspect walking through the restaurant.

The man was wanted in Oregon for the murder of 44-year-old Yuvonne Allison, who was found stabbed to death at a home in the Eugene area earlier in the day.

A family member of the victim told KIRO 7 the two were in a relationship.

About 350 miles from the crime scene, the suspect showed up at Cascade Pizza, armed with a shotgun, and ordered some food.

According to management, the man ate alone in the fenced-in back patio, then borrowed someone's phone and made multiple 911 calls.

Police say the suspect identified himself and "made nonsensical statements" – then called again, saying he was armed and threatening to hurt himself and others.

Police arrived and set up a perimeter around the restaurant.

Management locked the man alone inside the back beer garden as staff and customers evacuated.

"I ended up getting a call from my mother who lives just two houses down, and she had gotten the evacuation call that there was something going on. Just knew that it was a developing situation that was worth staying away from," said Trent Gardner, who lives next to the restaurant.

Police say the suspect eventually climbed over the beer garden's fence, but was quickly surrounded by officers and then taken into custody.

The suspect is being held at the Skagit County jail with an extradition hearing scheduled next week.
