The Windsor Police Department is on the scene of an active investigation at the Ambassador Bridge.
According to a post on X at 3:45 p.m., the department apprehended one suspect and said there is no risk to public safety.
Officials said to expect delays and possible traffic disruptions at the Ambassador Bridge while the investigation continues.
